The first roll of bags I got worked great. So I ordered the 5 pack. First two bags on the second roll were a complete fail. When I lifted them up the bottom ripped out. Emailed the company about it and got no response. Good idea for the product. Poor quality control and customer service

I like the fact that it doesn’t kill my hands to try and stretch it over the waist basket! Very hard to do with arthritis🥺 and the fact that it helps veterans that’s very important!
